Troubleshoot endless authentication loop

If you get caught in an endless loop where you are authenticating with your listed credentials to connect to Microsoft 365 via sapio365 (or even directly), it’s usually a temporary Microsoft glitch.

To get out of this loop, select ‘Use another account’ to sign in.
