The Option action lets you automate a selection of settings that are found in the Options menu of agentEZ.
Detailed Description
All of these options are 'sticky', and will remain set to the value specified until a new value is set; it is possible to arrive at the desired results without setting the Value attribute. Be sure to keep the default configuration in mind.
Two of the options found in in the Options menu can be set:
- 'Automatically Load Detailed Agent Information'
- 'Check Presence in NAB'\
