Install RSAT

In order for sapio365 to connect to your local Active Directory, you must have RSAT installed.

In Windows 10, go to Settings > Apps and features > Optional features.

In Windows 11, go to Settings > Apps > Optional features

1. Check if you have these two features:
   • RSAT: Active Directory Domain Services and Lightweight Directory Services Tools
   • RSAT: Server Manager
2. If you don't have them listed, add them.
