Manage deleted users
From the Dashboard, click on Deleted Users to retrieve users who were deleted in the last 30 days.

From there, you can explore various user details like the deletion dates. You can also restore selected users or delete them permanently.
If the user has been recently deleted, it may be possible to retrieve the contents of their mailbox or drive (User Management) if these services are still active. If not, you will get an error message.
Restore users
Select the users you want to restore.
Click ‘Restore Selected’. A pencil icon will be added to the status column on the left.
Review and save.

Permanently delete users
Select the users you want to restore.
Click ‘Permanently Delete’. A trashcan icon will be added to the status column on the left.
Review and save.
Once grid changes are saved, these user accounts will be permanently deleted.
