Audit in designPropEZ

The Audit button opens the Audit Results dialog. This displays the state of the design element properties for each selected design element.

Performing an Audit on Design Element Properties

Select the design elements you want to audit from the Main Screen of designPropEZ and click Audit.

Next, a flexYgrid interface will display the general properties of all the design elements you selected.

The columns available in the Audit Results grid match the information in the Design Properties window in IBM Domino Designer.

Much of the design property information in the grid is displayed in checkboxes. Here's how you interpret them:

Checked boxThis property is enabled for the specified element.
Empty boxThis property is disabled for the specified element.
Grey boxThis property does not apply to the specified design element (this kind of element does not have this property available to it).
