Increase license total user capacity
You can change the maximum number of Microsoft 365-licensed users authorized for your sapio365 license directly within sapio365 itself.
Changing the total user capacity of your license will modify the amount to be paid for the subscription.
How to increase the Microsoft 365 user capacity on your license
In the back of the sapio365 main window, go to About sapio365 > License Modification. From there, you will be able to change the Microsoft 365 user capacity of your license.
Enter your requested user capacity. You can choose to either reduce or increase the capacity.
Choose when you would like the change to take effect.
Increase capacity
Start of the next billing cycle: If you choose to have the change take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, the new user count WILL NOT be applied until then, and you will not be charged anything at this time.
Immediately: If you choose 'Immediately', you will be billed the difference once your user capacity change is verified.
Reduce capacity
A capacity reduction will only take place at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given.
Enter your cleverbridge subscription code. No changes will be made unless you provide this number. You can find this number in your original subscription confirmation email and invoice.
(optional): Click 'Preview Pricing' to preview what you will be charged if you apply your changes.
Click on 'Apply', and a confirmation email containing a validation link will be sent to the email associated with the license.
Click on 'Validate Request' in the message sent to the email initially provided at the time of purchase and where the invoice is sent.
As a security measure, once you apply your changes, your changes will NOT be applied unless validated through this link.
