View one-on-one, group and meeting chats

Accessible from the Users module or from My Data, Show Chats lists information about selected users' chats including all one-on-one, group and meeting chats, and the participants for each.


From the resulting Chats submodule, you can select chats or participants to get more details in a new view:

  1. Add or remove columns to the grid

  2. Retrieve message details for the chats you select.

  3. Retrieve user, membership or license details of the chat participants you select.
