My Jobs

'My Jobs' is where you can run your favorite Jobs and manage scheduled Jobs.

1. Start typing here to search for solutions using corresponding keywords.

2. Search within categories:

   • My recent Jobs: Here you will find the Jobs you last used, including the date when they ran.

   • My most used Jobs: See which Jobs you used most often.

   • My favorite Jobs: Jobs you have set as Favorite will be shown here.

   • My scheduled Jobs: When you schedule jobs, they are listed here.

   • My custom Jobs: Custom jobs that you upload to your sapio365 are listed here.

3. Select a Job and see its details on the right before you run it. See when it was last executed and how many times it was used.

4. Run the selected Job.

5. Set or unset the Job as a favorite.

6. Schedule the selected Job to run at a specific date and time. This adds an event to the Windows Task Scheduler.

7. Remove the job from the Windows Task Scheduler by clicking on the small trash icon.

8. Click to see the list of Jobs that have been published.
