Refresh or reinitialize Users cache and grid data

The Refresh button and submenu options retrieve data from Azure Active Directory in real time.

If you have a hybrid tenant and you make changes on-prem, it’s a good idea to refresh Microsoft 365 data in sapio365 after synchronization has occurred.

Refresh (Ctrl+R)

Refresh information loaded in the grid by retrieving the latest changes from the Microsoft 365 server, or click (Ctrl+R).

• If there are rows that have additional info loaded, you can choose to refresh that information as well with 'Yes'.

Reload (Ctrl+Shift+R)

Disabled if there are any pending changes in the grid. To enable, remove them with ‘Undo All’.

Reload all data from the Microsoft 365 server and overwrite the cache without affecting 'On-prem Info', 'Mailbox Info' and 'Additional Info' values (slower than 'Refresh').

Reinitialize

Disabled if there are any pending changes in the grid. To enable, remove them with ‘Undo All’.

Reset ALL data in the grid and overwrite the entire cache.

ALL loaded 'On-prem Info’, 'Mailbox Info' and 'Additional Info' data will be REMOVED from the grid.
