If you’re not sure where to start in the Quick GridView, you can apply a template from a list.
These templates serve as example Settings. They are preset with the modules, views and load options to create a desired view.
Processing time for creating a GridView depends on the number of objects defined by the view applied, the number of submodules to load, and loading options set.
TIP
After applying a template, you can update the modules, views and load options before saving it as your own custom Setting.

Anonymously shared files of Teams created in the last 7 days
Get anonymously shared files from the document library of recently created Teams (last 7 days), and list the files' sharing links. You can then select and delete sharing links.
Anonymously shared OneDrive files of blocked users
Get anonymously shared OneDrive files of blocked user accounts and list the files' sharing links. You can then select links to delete them.
External users invited in the last 7 days
List audit logs of external user invitations in the last 7 days categorized by the Initiated by column. Filters applied on Activity and Results Status.
Files & folders in ownerless OneDrives (orphans)
Get file and folder information from Personal Sites without a primary admin (owner). Requires an elevated session.
Group assignments in the last 7 days
List audit logs where members or owners have been added to groups in the last 7 days, and categorize them by the group name. Filters applied on Activity, Results Status and Modified Properties.
Guests' group memberships
Get information about all the groups that each guest belongs to in the submodule 'Group memberships'.
License costs by department
Group licensed accounts by their department for a collapsed view with license cost sum for each category. You must set unit license costs in Tenant Licenses & Service Plans beforehand.
Members of shared channels
Filter channels of every Team to list only shared channels, and get their members and owners. Manage members from there or view nested group members there.
Shared mailboxes and who has access to them
List permissions (full access and others) of all shared mailboxes. You can manage them from the View.
Teams with less than 2 owners
List Teams that have 1 or no owners.
Example of applying a template and saving a custom Setting
Example use case: Create a mailbox permissions report for ALL mailboxes
Select relevant template: Apply ‘Shared mailboxes and who has access to them’ template.
Update View: Click on the expand icon in Main Module to then change the view in Users to ‘Ytria Default’ to process all mailboxes.
Save Setting: Save the new Setting as ‘Permission report on all mailboxes’ and have it available on the right side to run or schedule.
