Search for Unread Documents in scanEZ

Search for Unread Documents

Once the database is loaded in scanEZ, go to the Search menu and select Search for Unread Documents.

The Search for Unread Documents function counts the number of unread documents in a database for one or more selected user(s).

The results are placed in new My Selection virtual folders with documents that are marked as unread for the selected user(s).

NOTE

In practice, this feature could be used for searching unread emails in a mail database.

You can select one or many users in the Select users grid selection.

Click Ok then the List of Unread documents window will open.

The Unread documents are listed by user; you can select the one(s) you need to create new MySelections.

Here is an example of MySelections where the Search for Unread Documents process is complete.
