The Ytria documentation server

Every AI client that sapio365 or an EZ Suite product configures also receives mcp-ytria-docs, the Ytria documentation server, online at https://mcp-docs.ytria.com/mcp/. It lets the AI look things up instead of guessing. One entry serves every product.

Documentation

A search in the Ytria product and automation documentation. The AI uses it to answer your “how do I…” questions and to write automation scripts.

How the AI uses it

  • sapio365 tells the AI to read the automation documentation before writing its first automation script of a conversation, to start from the closest existing job, to look up every action and attribute an automation script uses rather than writing it from memory, and to take column IDs from this server rather than opening a module to read them.

  • EZ Suite products tell the AI to read the automation documentation before writing its first automation script of a conversation, and to look up every action tag and attribute an automation script uses rather than writing it from memory. signEZ gives the AI the second rule only.

This is what makes automation scripts written by the AI reliable.

The documentation server holds Ytria documentation only. It has no connection to your products, your tenant or your Domino environment: it sees only what the AI sends it, such as a search or a job to validate.

The documentation server needs internet access from your computer to https://mcp-docs.ytria.com. If your network blocks it, the product's tools still work, but the AI cannot look up the documentation and the automation scripts it writes are less reliable.
