Ytria scanEZ lets you see and access all the profile documents of a database. They appear between the documents and the deletion stubs in the Selection Tree.
The first categorization is by profile document name and, if applicable by user (for personal profile documents such as calendarsettings in the above screenshot).
Like with other documents, you can see their contents with all the fields and their values (see Documents for more details). You can also edit, delete or create new profile documents. Use the button to create new profiles.
If one of your profile documents has a Response, it means it is a conflict document. Yes, Profile Documents can have conflicts! (We discovered it with scanEZ!).
You can use My Selection virtual folders to work with profile documents.
