Evaluation Guided Tour
Overview
This document will provide a detailed overview of the specific evaluation activities as part of a guided trial process for sapio365. IT administrators are prompted to perform these ‘Step by Step’ tasks and identify the benefits and time savings for each use case scenario. These activities will help IT admins and managers to understand the full breadth of functionality provided in the sapio365 admin toolset and how those capabilities will benefit their organization.
These evaluation use cases will include links for 'how to’ video examples, along with fully documented process steps and screenshots, to explain how to perform these activities. Each activity should take no longer than 10 minutes to perform, with the entire guided trial taking approximately 2-hours to complete.
Please Note: after you are familiar with these specific admin use cases, and the corresponding functions within the sapio365 user interface, you will be able to perform these tasks in just a few minutes. Overall, the sapio365 admin toolset will help you save hours of time every week during your regular admin tasks.
