Problem
In the AI Settings panel of sapio365 or of your EZ Suite product, your client's card says Unavailable – Not installed on this computer, although the client is installed.
Cause
The product detects each client where its installer usually puts it, or by its configuration file:

Solution
-
The client is installed in another folder, or is a portable version. Start it once and let it create its configuration file (in Visual Studio Code, MCP: Open User Configuration creates
mcp.json), then open AI Settings again. Otherwise, configure it yourself. -
You have just installed a command-line client (Claude Code, Codex, Goose). The product reads the PATH when it starts: restart the product.
-
The client runs under another Windows account. Run the product and the AI client under the same account.
-
Your client is a variant, or is not in the list (for example Visual Studio Code Insiders, which keeps its own settings folder). Any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP servers can use the product: configure it yourself.
A card shown as Unavailable has no copy icon: to configure the client yourself, use the reference settings in Configure an AI client manually, with the address from Copy address.
