Collaboration: sharing beyond sapio365
You can share and apply the following sapio365 information among multiple computers where sapio365 is installed:
sapio365 role-based access control (RBAC) for custom role delegation.
sapio365 Access & Restrictions to allow sapio365 users to access and manage shared information.
User activity logs to list a history of what sapio365 users have accessed and changed.
Shared grid comments/annotations to list a history of sapio365 users' public comments.
Shared views to make a sapio365 user’s saved public view available to others.
Shared automation jobs to make a sapio365 user’s custom public job available to others.
2 options to store collaboration information
Currently, there are 2 options to store collaboration information.
Both containers are hosted in your environment, remaining totally in your control. Click on each for more details.
Enable collaboration in sapio365 for your current license
Once you enable a collaboration method, it will be associated to your sapio365 license.
Subsequently, all collaboration data will be collected from sapio365 users who use that license.
You can update or change the set collaboration method.
To enable a collaboration method for your sapio365, go to the back from the main window → About sapio365 → Set Collaboration Connection Info → select your collaboration platform:
