You can share and apply the following sapio365 information among multiple computers where sapio365 is installed:

sapio365 role-based access control (RBAC) for custom role delegation.

sapio365 Access & Restrictions to allow sapio365 users to access and manage shared information.

User activity logs to list a history of what sapio365 users have accessed and changed.

Shared grid comments/annotations to list a history of sapio365 users' public comments.

Shared views to make a sapio365 user’s saved public views available to others.

Shared custom jobs available to all your sapio365 users whether it was created by you or by Ytria.
Collaboration Settings
From the top-right of the Dashboard, go to Settings → Collaboration Settings to:

Set Collaboration Connection Info: Enter connection parameters for your choice of storage container that will be used for sapio365 collaboration.

See current database information: View your collaboration data tables and their sizes, with an option to prune deleted data to free up space.

Force a resynchronization (only in case of issue): Force sync your local sapio365 collaboration with your shared storage container.

Connect Azure Key Vault: Store a generated key in a Key Vault in your Azure for added security on sapio365 collaboration.
On the left, you’ll see the current collaboration connection settings for your sapio365 license:
