Get View and Folder Index Sizes
This function provides an overview of all view and folder indexes in one or more selected databases.
Grid right-click options - Tools and Columns
- Purge Index for Selected View(s): Purge the index of your selected views.
The View Index Size column displays an 'OK' status if there is no index. Otherwise the index size's value is displayed.
Notice that the Purging View Index(es) process will be executed if the selected view is not used by any process or any user.
- Open in viewEZ: Opens the selected views and/or folders in viewEZ's 'Manage Indexes...' grid.

The View And Folder Index Size Grid includes the following columns:
|Domino View type.|
|Displays the name of the Domino database.|
|Path of the Domino database. The root correspond to the notes data directory.|
|Displays the database's file name (e.g: names.nsf).|
|Name of view index.|
|Name of view alias.|
|View Index Size|
|Size of the index.|
|Owner of the view.|
|Index refresh frequency.|
|Time for discarding index.|
|Restrict initial index build to designer or manager|
|Specify if the index should be restricted to users with designer or manager-level access.|
|Particular note in a database.|
|Universal Note ID.|
|Comment on view.|
