Troubleshoot 'Login failed'
If you see the message below when attempting to connect to a customer session, it’s because admin consent has not been given for the sapio365 application in the customer tenant.

Obtain consent from a global admin in the tenant
If you don’t have global admin rights through your partner access, you must obtain consent to the permissions of the sapio365 application from someone with global admin rights in that tenant.
Copy the sapio365 consent URL link and send it to a global admin who can give consent.
The same URL can be sent to global admins of different tenants. They will need to sign-in to give consent.
