View Multivalue

When analyzing a property that contains multiple values, instead of exploding a selected multivalue cell in the current grid, you can open it in a mini grid. This lets you focus on that specific multivalue without changing the current view.

How to list parsed multivalues in a mini grid

1. Select a multivalue cell.

2. From the right-click menu, go to Grid Tools & Options → View Multivalue.

In this mini grid, you’ll have all available grid options, including sorting, filtering and grouping.

Multivalue cell in a column family

When you view a cell that belongs to a related property family, the mini grid also includes the cells in all associated columns. This occurs when the original property is parsed into multiple components, or when the related columns were created by an automated job such as Manage users' access to sites, as shown in the image below.
