Audit or export Teams messages exchanged between users in meeting chats, one-on-one chats, and group chats.
Use GridView filters, sorting, grouping, and other grid tools to customize the message list before reviewing or exporting the results.
Load User Chats first
Before you can retrieve messages from a chat, you must first load the users’ chats. Select the users whose chats you want to review, then retrieve their chat data before querying messages.
Get Chat Messages
After loading users’ chats, select the chats you want to examine.

Click Messages to retrieve the chat posts.

Review the retrieved messages in the grid, where they are organized by creation date. Select a message and click Preview Body to view its content.
