My Data

My Data, available in the top right of the Dashboard, lets you access information related to the account that is currently signed into sapio365.

My Data is available in Lite mode. You don’t need a sapio365 license to access My Data.

Feature	Description
Messages	Manage your emails and mail folders, including attachments.
Events	Manage your calendar events information including attachments.
OneDrive Files	Manage your OneDrive Files.
Contacts	View your personal contacts and their information.
Message Rules	Manage your inbox rules.
Group Memberships	Manage your group and Teams memberships. Add or remove users from groups you own.
Microsoft 365 Licenses	View your assigned Microsoft 365 licenses.
Chats	See your Teams chats, including one-on-one, group chats and meeting chats that you were a part of.
